The Forbes issue contains a list of ’50 richest self-made women in the United States’, including Taylor Swift, Sandra Bullock, Beyonce, Judge Judy, & more.

Alba says she was inspired to launch her HONEST venture after experiencing difficulties finding non-toxic items for her kids. “I felt like my needs weren’t being met as a modern person. I want beautiful design like everybody else. But it shouldn’t be premium-priced, and it should, of course, be safe… I kind of want them to be cute, and the natural diapers: Why do they have to look like your baby’s wearing a brown bag?”

The company has 350 employees, including her own mother, Cathy.

“If we really want to make a difference in the world and people’s health, it’s billions and billions of dollars, not just one.”

Keep killin’ it GiRL!

Bad Blood is full of Bad-Ass BabeZ.

‘Band-Aids don’t fix bullet holes.” It’s here!! After weeks of teasers & posters for Taylor Swift’s epic new video for BAD BLOOD – it finally premiered at the Billboard Awards! And it’s exactly what we expected – bad babes kicking ass. Swifties alter ego Catastrophe battles it out with Selena Gomez’s character Arsyn.

Appearances are made by literally every top female actress, model, dancer, muse, musician & more. Gigi Hadid, Cara Delevingne, Lena Dunham, Karlie Kloss, Hailee Steinfeld, Mariska Hargitay, Ellen Pompeo, Martha Hunt, Ellie Goulding, Serayah, Jessica Alba, Hayley Williams, Zendaya, Lily Aldridge, & Cindy Crawford all take their doppelgangers to the next level.

Supermodel Gigi Hadid told PEOPLE Mag, “I’m obsessed with Beyoncé. It’s a play on Jay Z and using the word ‘slay’ … because slay. Hashtag-slay!”

Interesting pick with Gomez playing the villain in a black bob… rumor has it Taylor wrote this song about her rival artist … Katy Perry (over their issue with back up dancers). The killer video was created by Joseph Kahn who also directed her smash hit clip for Blank Space. Those are just 2 others off her album 1989 which has featured numerous hits from Shake it Off, Welcome to New York, Style, Out of the Woods & more.

The music vid debuted a remix with Kendrick Lamar – some fans were bugged that it wasn’t the original song but we gotta say, we were feeling it. Other people mentioned with such a full cast of characters it would’ve been cool if it were a short film instead – which we kind of agree. But, all in all we’re all about ‘Bad Blood’.

And if you haven’t gotten your fill of bad-a** babes yet — then catch Rihanna SLAY Bitch Better Have My Money on SNL.

Jessica Alba Gets Honest about BEAUTY.

“Growing up, whenever I was bullied, my mom would say, ‘You’re a beautiful girl. They’re just jealous‘.” Jessica Alba was always told she was beautiful, and that she is, but she’s so much more & that’s exactly what she instills on her daughters, 6-year-old Honor & 3-year-old Haven. Alba gets honest for Natural Health Magazine’s 2015 issue on what beauty means to her. She says, “It never helped. I want my girls to know that beauty is being kind…beauty is helping people…beauty is humility.

The 33 year old successful actress, dancer, model & entrepreneur of The Honest Company has a point- and we love the outlook of beauty & beyond.

She cofounded HONEST with Christopher Gavigan, Sean Kane and Brian Leeis, it’s worth nearly $1 Billion – she hopes her #GIRLBOSS will pass down to her daughters, “I really am building The Honest Company for them. I’m really hoping that…The Honest Company is some place that they would like to work later, when they’re older.”

Although, if they choose a different path that’s cool too, she says in the Jan/Feb 2015 issue of the mag, “If not, I hope they’re inspired to be entrepreneurs. And to really push the envelope on you know what they can do with their life and how they can make an impact.”

“Acting is a priority, but when you’re building a company like this, you can’t just check out. This is life-changing stuff. This is legacy.”

Jessica Alba for Glam Belleza Latina.

Model/Entrepreneur/Actress/Mother/Dancer/Fashion icon: Jessica Alba. The Latin beauty covers Glam Belleza Latina  – following her September issue for Marie Claire UK  & covering SELF Magazine.

She talks about her heritage & more in the latest issue – Alba has not only made a name for herself in the industry but she’s definitely a bonafide fashionista & a serious GiRLBOSS being CEO & Founder of The Honest Company.

Catch some highlights:

Defining her identity: “It’s always been the same. I’ve always felt closer to being a Latina than anything else, because I grew up with my dad’s family, who are Mexican American. I never really identified any other way. But I think that today it’s less and less about having to identify with one race and holding on to that completely. I mean, my kids are African American and Caucasian on their dad’s side, and Latino and Caucasian on my side.”

Latina Role Models Growing Up: “I grew up in Southern California, where Latin culture is just everywhere. I mean, I still love mariachi music! I looked up to Jennifer Lopez. She is someone who broke through barriers, a powerhouse. You know: I could be a dancer, singer, actress, entrepreneur—I can do all of it. And Daisy Fuentes too. What she did with her platform was incredible. It took the rest of the country a second to catch up to Latinas in the United States being mainstream.”

Being an Entrepreneur vs Actress: “Having a company that’s making the world a better place is a life calling. Performing has also been a life calling, but they’re so different. It takes a completely different side of my brain to do one versus the other. But I’m truly very proud of The Honest Company.”

Jessica Alba for Marie Claire.

Fashionista, model, mother & actress, Jessica Alba looks better than ever for her latest editorial with Marie Claire. The 33 year old mega-babe looks flawless – even though initially she wasn’t totally ’embracing’ turning the dirty-thirty saying; ‘I was pretty p***** off. I don’t know why it was so hard, it just was.”

Screen Shot 2014-08-12 at 12.17.55 PM

Alba told Marie Claire, “‘I was pregnant [with Haven] first of all, and I really wanted to party like a rock star. I didn’t even know I cared about my twenties until I turned 30.” Adding, “I feel like I look better now. I think I came into my own physically in my thirties, even when I’d had kids. I’m actually smaller now because everything kind of hangs off differently. But I feel more like a woman, with not such a girl face. I had such chubby cheeks.”

The Sin City talks about some of the struggles she experienced when entering the acting industry.

“I don’t know if I was ever typecast, but I just made very safe, boring choices as an actor, and I take full responsibility for that,” she said.

“It wasn’t the roles. It was probably the way I translated them. I was afraid to be fearless and bold.” Adding, “I was young, I was afraid of being criticized, and I wanted to appease everyone.”

Alba continued by praising the increased number of women appearing in film nowadays.

“It was harder when I was starting out,” she explained. “There’s much more diversity now. There’s a wider range of successful actresses and beauty.

“We didn’t have Tina Fey and Amy Poehler starring in movies when I was starting out. Halle Berry wasn’t an Oscar winner, and there was no Jennifer Lopez.”
