Russian Beauty Natalia Vodianova for Vogue Russia.

Supermodel Natalia Vodianova graces the pages of VOGUE Russia in a gorgeous regal/baroque-inspired editorial/cover. The Russian blue-eyed beauty wears pieces from the Haute Couture Fall 2014 collections, shot by Italian photographer Paolo Roversi. Natalia stuns in designs by Chanel Haute Couture, Dior Couture, Maison Martin Margiela and Valentino styled by Fashion editor, Robbie Spencer.

Vodianova was born in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia in 1982. She grew up in a poor district of the city, in order to provide for the family, she would help her mother sell fruit on the street. At just 16 years old, Natalia was discovered at that particular. She became some-what known for her ‘rags to riches’ life story – from selling fruit on the street to earning an eight-season, seven-figure contract with Calvin Klein.

After moving to Paris at 17 years old & learning english to reign the European fashion industry, Natalia signed with Viva Models. Her modeling career is iconic: from advertising campaigns with Calvin Klein, Louis Vuitton, L’Oréal, Marc Jacobs, Pepe Jeans, Diane von Furstenberg & Chanel, including rocking the runways of Lanvin, Louis Vuitton, Chloe, Marc Jacobs & many more.

In 2012, she was place 3rd on the Forbes top-earning models list, estimated to have earned $8.6 million in one year.

The classic beauty married Justin Trevor Berkeley Portman – they had 3 children together, following a separation from Portman, she began a relationship with Antoine Arnault, son of LVMH founder Bernard Arnault & CEO of Berluti. She had a 4th child with Arnault, son Maxim born this past May.

She took a little break from modeling while getting acclimated to motherhood, in 2005 Natalia founded the Naked Heart Foundation, an organization which aims to provide play facilities for children in urban Russia. She returned to her modeling-roots in 2009 by making a surprise catwalk appearance during Stella McCartney’s spring/summer 2010 show. Yes, it was epic.

Natalia Vodianova still remains one of the top ModelPreneur’s in the world- just in 2014 she’s graced the September issue of Vanity Fair (by Mario Testino), Vogue Italia’s 50th anniversary issue, covered Vogue Paris – stunned in the US VOGUE November issue shot by Annie Liebovitz & now majestically covers Vogue Russia.

Stunning model Natalia Vodianova looks regal & elegant for VOGUE’s November issue. The Russian model starred alongside famed choreographer Benjamin Millepied, he’s currently the director of dance at the Paris Opera Ballet – the location of the photo shoot as well. Vodianova looks fab in Chanel Pre-Spring 2015 Paris Dubai collection. 

“I always loved and adored the ballet,” Natalia told Vogue, “It’s the beauty, the finesse of the dancers, and the choreography—and the challenge of it… I felt like a princess or a character in some sort of fairy tale. It was an absolute dream.”

“It’s not a conservative audience at all has done such challenging programs here, and the audience is open to it. It’s Paris, so artistically I can do whatever I want. I can take risks!” Benjamin said, he’s also the husband of Natalie Portman – the met on the set of Black Swan in which he was the choreographer.

The issue hits newsstands 10/22.

Irina Shayk Covers Vogue Spain – for the 3rd time this year!

Irina, Irina. One fine & fierce supermodel. Clearly Vogue España loves her as much as we do – seeing this is her THIRD cover in the past year – who could forget the über-sexy shot with Shayk & her soccer star boyfriend Cristiano Ronaldo (umm remember they weren’t wearing too much? Talk about #WorldsMostTalkedAboutCouple!).

Irina graces the pages of Spanish Vogue’s September issue photographed by Paola Kudacki – the funkadelic styling was by Belén Antolín. The Russian model rocks some 60s/70s inspired pieces and lots of animal prints. Love the minimal makeup – cause really with a face like that you don’t need a lot of. Irina has recently expanded her career by diving into acting – she’s starring in the film  ‘Hercules’ alongside The Rock (Dwayne Johnson). They were just in Deutschland promoting the movie. Shayk says of ‘geting down & dirty’ in some scenes, “It was a really great experience. Especially as I’ve never taken acting classes in my life.” Adding, “Most of the time when I do shoots, they try to make you really pretty. You have to look your best. I loved the set, being covered in mud and fake blood – it was different and fun!’”

Director Brett Ratner also raves about the model//actress (I mean who wouldn’t but whatevs…) “There was a scene with a disgusting ravine that nobody wanted to walk in. I told Irina she had to go and lay down in this ravine, expecting her to be grossed out, but instead she said, “Okay!” and did it!”

“When it came to choosing who to play Hercules’ wife, we needed someone of great beauty, poise and sophistication. We searched all over the world, and met Irina – she’s a Russian superstar.” Yeah think that sums up our homegirl pretty well! LOL.

Russian supermodel –Natalia Vodianova– graces the cover of Vogue Paris’ September issue. The blue eyed beauty stuns with metallic lips and wears an ensemble from Louis Vuitton’s F/W ’14 collection.

This is her 2nd magazine cover for the coveted September issues – just last week her editorial & cover shot for Vanity Fair by top fashion photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott – she wore a piece by Nicolas Ghesquière. The spread titled What Natalia Knows is an interesting look into her life from Russia to her longevity as a top model:
