Madonna. The Queen of Pop (literally) once graced the cover of Cosmopolitan in 1990 where they said the ‘future is hers’ and dubbed her as the Magnificent Madonna. 25 years laters she’s still considered the ‘High Priestess of Pop’ & celebrates 50 years of some serious power & provocation with Cosmo.

Madge has always been one step ahead of the industry, talk about shaking things up. Whether you like her, or her music, she’s truly made a major impact both in the music & fashion world. Renowned photographer Ellen von Unwerth shot the icon for Cosmo’s latest issue.

M talks sexuality & ageism: “Don’t be fooled, not much has changed — certainly not for women. We still live in a very sexist society that wants to limit people. Since I started, I’ve had people giving me a hard time because they didn’t think you could be sexual or have sexuality or sensuality in your work and be intelligent at the same time. For me, the fight has never ended.

On longevity in her career: “Popularity comes and goes. You need to know who you are, what you stand for, and why you’re here.”

The singer recently collaborated with Kanye west for her new album Rebel Heart, she says, “It’s a little bit of a bullfight, but we take turns. He knows that he’s walking into a room with a person with a strong point of view, and I do too. I listen to what he has to say, take it in, and he listens to what I say and takes it in. We didn’t agree on everything, but he has good ideas.”

On the online haters: “You can hide behind your computer or your phone and say whatever you want — you’re not known. Could you say it to my face? Would you say it to my face? I doubt it.”

You can catch the issue on newsstands on April 14th. For now, in case you missed it Madonna performed her new single ‘Ghosttown’ with Taylor Swift at the iHeart Radio Music Awards:

Luigi Massi, the master tailor at Atelier Versace, was able to sew dozens of designs from the children into the dress and veil.

“Luigi is like family to me and I couldn’t imagine anyone else making this dress,” Jolie said. “He knows and cares for the children and it was great fun putting it together.”

A source exclusively told E! News that her gown was “very Angie. It was comfortable but plain white floor-length antique lace and silk.”

Also, when Brad Pitt lifted her veil he apparently gasped because she looked so stunning.”

The stunning couple married in a very private ceremony August 23 at their estate in France.  Of course their children played a large roll in the wedding,

“Angie was given away by Maddox and Pax and Knox helped with the rings, which were designed by their good friend Robert Procop,” reported E! News”Zahara and Vivienne had baskets of rose petals and other flowers they’d picked in the garden that morning and threw them in front of their mom and dad as they walked up the aisle.” People reports Shiloh served as a ring bearer.

Gigi Hadid Pays Homage to Anna Wintour’s 1st Vogue Cover.

Model of the Moment Gigi Hadid has officially reached #SupermodelStatus with her latest feature in Vogue – and it’s not just ANY editorial.

Gigi pays homage to Anna Wintour’s first 1988 Vogue cover featuring the stunning Israeli model Michaela Bercu, shot by Peter Lindbergh & styled by Carlyne Cerf De Dudzeele. Hadid has similarities to then model Michaela – from her natural beauty to long mermaid locks. Talk about a perfect #TBT.

Interestingly enough – the O.G. 1988 Vogue cover was SO natural looking the magazine’s printers actually called up Anna Wintour to double check it wasn’t a mistake!

In an interview, the IMG Model says: “Since the day I started, I’ve been very happy with my body. I never felt the need to change for the industry; [her agents at] IMG know I don’t want to be two pounds soaking wet.”

Gigi’s shot is photographed by Sean Thomas, wearing a customized A.L.C. Covington Sweater paired with GUESS jeans – styled by fashion editor Jordan Bickham.

Homegirls’ career has sky rocketed from cover CR Fashion Book, W Magazine, featured in SI Swimsuit issue, starring in top campaigns for Tom Ford & GUESS, and now appearing in the Pirelli Calendar.

In a blast from the past – Anna Wintour reminisces about the ’88 cover & the start to her iconic career:
